1. Printed gazebos (budget £400 - £1,500)

Printed gazebos are very popular at farmers' markets, festivals and fairs. It’s not difficult to see why. They provide shelter from the weather (too hot, or too cold), they provide a nice big area to promote your brand, and they create a vibe that attracts people to your stall.

You can keep it simple with just a black canopy with a printed fascia, or go the whole hog with a fully-printed canopy and double-sided walls.

2. Printed fabric booths (budget £800 - £1,200)

If you don’t need a full canopy, how about a stunning double-sided printed fabric booth. Create your own space, with these easy-to-carry and assemble booths. Team it up with some deck chairs and a parasol, to make a dramatic impact. The added bonus with booths is that you can use them at indoor exhibitions as well. It’s often much cheaper to hire “space only” than pay extra for an ugly and restrictive shell scheme.

3. Tables to complete the look (budget £60 - £250)

Once you’ve created a space, you’ll need somewhere to stand or display your promotional material or products. We recommend a pop-up cocktail table or fabric table. It’s another chance to display your brand and can even be used in the office when you're not exhibiting.

If your budget's tight, how about a fitted tablecloth or a simple printed table runner. You can pop them over a cheap trestle table and instantly look the part!

4. Somewhere to sit (budget £90 - £220 each)

Printed deck chairs are perfect for festivals or fetes. These wooden deck chairs help create a relaxed environment for punters to laze around and eat or drink.

Mix them up with some outdoor bean bags or a high-density foam cube stool to provide occasional seating around your gazebo or booth.

5. Throw in some shade with a printed parasol (budget £200 - £240)

A great way to shelter from rain and shine. A printed parasol will get your brand noticed in a very practical way. They’re also great for cafés and bars — why advertise someone else’s brand outside, when you can promote your own!

6. Flags to define your space (budget £100 - £200 each)

A couple of printed flags with your brand on them will help define the entrance to your space. Attract people in with colourful flags.

These are the most cost-effective way to get noticed. Think about it… for around a hundred quid you get a three-meter high wobbling, fluttering piece of eye-catching marketing for your business. You can choose different bases for different uses.

We’d recommend a water base with a water ring for outdoor use at an event. We’d also recommend using a vent weave material, which allows maximum air to pass through for more exposed environments (er, that’s all of Scotland!).

7. Barrier covers (budget from £105)

Crowd barriers are ugly, that’s a fact! Use a printed fabric cover to turn them into a friendly place to display your brand or message. You can use them to define the edges of your space or separate out an area. Just slip them over the top and attach them securely with cable ties.

8. Banners to stand out or display offers (budget from £50 - £150 each)

Printed fabric pop out banner for outdoor display

One of the best ways to display an offer or an important brand message is with a pop out banner. Our pop out banners are so compact it’s amazing. Inside there’s a crazy wonder-metal which self-erects instantly. Just stand back and watch!

You can choose from tall or wide pop out banners and they’re both double-sided. You can have the same message on both sides or mix it up. They’re supplied with a compact carry bag and pegs so you can just unpack, peg it down and do your event. Pop it back in the bag and be on your way.

The most cost-effective banners are our outdoor PVC banners. Ranging from 1 metre to 4 metres wide, or we can do a custom size, these banners are finished with eyelets so you can attach them to railings, goal posts or hoardings. Just use cable ties.

For an even greater impact, we suggest our two-metre high outdoor PVC banner stand, which comes with a water base for stability. These aren’t as easy to transport as a pop out banner but they will make a big impact!
