Went for a pootle on the wee bicycle the other weekend. They're setting up the F1 track at Marina Bay — don't think I'll be around to watch it this year. Anyway, it's always nice to get about in 30-degree heat. I grabbed my laptop wot I left behind last trip, had a cocktail on top of that funny hotel with the ship on it, then flew back to Edinburgh.

In other (more technical) news, I'm quite enjoying the workflow of running local, staging, and production environments, with regular commits to VCS. Also, REST APIs and OAuth2 are proving to be increasingly useful on recent projects.

Now that I've bored you to tears, it's time to go and explore the rain.

Oh, I should recommend something. I recommend Marmite Flatbreads (140g).
